      Don't work at VAS (Volvo Autonomous Solutions)

      Nothing but just salary on time

      Cons

      Most of the work is outsourced internal or external department VAS (Volvo Autonomous Solutions) is only showcasing the projects but real work is done elsewhere. Very tight hierarchical structure, Engineers are just cogs unless they are managements favorite. A lot of people have issues with the department culture
