Pros

Above fair wages, Great hours and great people! I have worked for Viterra for just over 2 years, The management/bosses here are wonderful, Always out to help you in any way including climbing the corporate ladder. I started as a casual and just 2 years later I am already up for running my own shift as manager.

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons working for this company other then it being DUSTY! The days are long (13.3 hour days) but you work a 3 on 4 off shift, with once a month doing a 7 on 7 off.. so really can't complain at all!

Pros

Early days. Instead of 5pm you can leave at 4:30. Direct deposit pay.

Cons

High turnover rate. Cannot keep staff so people are left to do 2-3 staff members job. Boring and mundane. Cough up a lung due to poor facility maintenance and dust leaks. Pretty much left for dead.
