If you need a few tickets like Forklift, Hazardous areas etc you will get them

Cons

Toxic work environment, extremely poor middle management, expectations reaching the stratosphere but no incentive for going above and beyond

Pros

Very social people. Great to get training for a couple years.

Cons

Terrible pay and bonus - especially for ops. HR Department has far too much influence and is a running joke for the company. Extra effort is never rewarded.

Pros

Big brand name. Good for retirement if you just want to work and not climb the corporate ladder.

Cons

Ageing population. Lots of old guards that are in executive level that look experience but actually knows nothing. Political. Don’t be too vocal and talk less unless you are part of the preferential treatment group. Wipe your own butt clean. Don’t expect people to back you up. Scrimp on small money and cutting benefits. “Flexible” but not THAT flexible. Top dollars paid to people who knows, does and not performing.
