Very proud of Vistage and the purpose of the company. During COVID, the coworkers have done an amazing job supporting Chairs supporting members. The "unprecedented" times really supercharged creativity, collaboration and results! This is a mission driven organization rich with talented team members and I am proud to work here.

Cons

Working cross-functionally, with a geographically dispersed workforce can be challenging, the use of Zoom has helped bring teams closer together and bridged the "space" continuum,

The other chairs and members are terrific. For a CEO of a small business that needs support, I would recommend membership highly.

Cons

Sales cycle is onerous and ongoing. The rewards are meagre. The management is opaque and untrustworthy. Arguably an outdated company structure and concept
