Company s hitting their stride helping CEOs and leaders of companies get better by putting them in support groups led by a "Chair" to facilitate meetings, get to the heart of issues and offer paths to success. Great company vision, consistent values and strong CEO.

Cons

Internal - silos - lots of talented folks pulling in different or opposite directions. Could be much better if everyone had the same strategy.
