had the best supervisor, really great environment

Cons

low pay, even with experience. execs and c-levels make at least half a mil a year but they pay everyone else super low. also no growth unless the person above you leaves their role.

Pros

As a world leader in leadership development, Vistage takes investment in its employees seriously. With regular Employee Development Days and abundant opportunity for continuing education, Vistage excels where other organizations offer only lip service. Vistage lives by it's core values of Trust, Caring, Challenge and Growth, but I'd add a fifth value: Fun! Vistage company culture is organically grown - it's the best place I've ever worked. I couldn't be more proud to work at a company that does so much good for so many people.

Cons

As someone who works behind the scenes with data, reporting, and analytics, there isn't much opportunity for me to experience our exciting Vistage Executive Summit events in person, or get to know our fantastic members and chairs.
