The people and culture are amazing! I’m proud to work for a company that provides a positive impact to the communities, families, and companies of its members. Vistage stands behind “growth mindset” and walks the walk when supporting employees professional / career development. Employees are regularly given opportunities to learn and grow their skill sets…this can lead to promotions and / or taking on a new role in a different department. The hybrid working environment is great, especially for those with children.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, it’s important to stay nimble/agile when making decisions.

Lack of company morale, specifically in certain departments. false psychological safety. team members in the sales ops team are constantly talking negatively behind each others back. Lack of trust within each other and from leadership, leading to low productivity. More time spent on gossiping and speculating others, than working on own projects and making sure individually we are showing up 100% for each other. Not a lot of support. High expectations.
