      Possible to have flexible work schedule, workload is very reasonable, great opportunities to involve into companies life, lots of opportunities to contribute to company wellbeing, as a developer it is good place to develop not only tech skills but also soft skills through mentoring, interviewing or internal committees work, yearly salary reviews.

      Cons

      Not possible to get some overtime work, additional health insurance is quite poor, no bonuses for performance
