Pros
- interesting work especially if working on the backend integration platform since the company is strongly focused on developing their cloud computing infrastrucutre and SaaS platform - new technologies encouraged and trainings/conferences also - flexible hours - good management so far - skilled and friendly colelagues; I always find somebody I can ask for help - central office
Cons
Not enugh team building activities. The team is distributed in multiple countries and it would be nice if we could see each other face to face more than once a year. Company has grown a lot in the last 2 years. As a result - offices have become more crowded
