      Pros

      All of the technical staff is either very knowledgeable or interested to learn. Career opportunities are there if you grab them. Flexible and stable employer.

      Cons

      Short-term thinking. Parts of management does not understand software development and is mostly interested in brownnosing other management. Most of the organization is not agile. Does not value high performers. Extremely distributed organization (near-shoring), which comes with its own problems.

      Pros

      Really young colleagues and daily work is pleasure. Visma does not encourage to work overtimes so it is really easy to balance between your social and work life.

      Cons

      Visma in Lithuania does not have sales or their own products, so mostly all products that will be developed here in Lithuania will not be used by lithuanians (so developer will not use his own product)
