*local business units and teams have all the mandate to operate the best possible way *very low level of bureaucracy *everyone can leave their hand print and create new best practices *easy going and nice bunch of local and global colleagues *healthy work&life balance with basically no company emails after normal workday *loads of interesting and challenging possibilities in tech to develop your skills *very strong business outlook

Cons

*as there are many companies and business units under the Visma umbrella that tends to put ppl working in silos and lose visibility

+ good work / life balance + modern technologies + good benefits package with 13th salary, 3rd pillar pension and private medical insurance + internal trainings and dedicated time do develop yourself + full remote or in office work based on your preferences

Cons

- good salaries, but you can find better - not so many opportunities for a career ladder - lot of changes in management and direction in the last years - stiff salary negotiation process
