Please know, our training department is constantly researching and updating the training classes and best practices to teach in order to achieve the most productive methods which in turn enhance work/life balance. Pros

Previous senior management was great, opportunities for quick promotion due to constant turnover.

Cons

No work/life balance. Promoting people who are not ready causing others to be punished. Toxic environment and constant denial by leaders. Pay not worth what you are doing and so inconsistent across positions or pms. It's all who you know.
