Besides the work events, there really aren’t any.

Cons

Very “snake-like” environment. It’s normal to gossip about others just to try to get ahead. Every move is pre-calculated. The pay is awfully low for what we do in comparison to industry standards. Your expectations are so high but your paycheck does not reflect it. No work / life balance. Flexibility doesn’t exist within Village Green. If you are not a top performing site / individual, expect upper management to try to find a way to push you out or send you to a “bad site”.
