      WORST Property Management Company!

      Pros

      The only pro is I made decent money while I was there to start but never received a raise (even after a promotion and many new responsibilities). If you’re looking to get into the industry do not make the mistake I did by going with a company that gives you a decent start offer.

      Cons

      Extremely mismanaged, dated, full of false promises, HUGE turnover, lots of scamming and bad things that go on behind the scenes with unfair treatment, breech of contracts, and fair housing legality. There are SO many property management companies and you can make a ton of money in the industry but go with one that is professional and will encourage your growth. Don’t fall for Vilkagegreens desperation. You will be miserable!

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. If you can work in a new community, they are very nice.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Jonathan Holtzman only cares about the almighty dollar. He bled my community dry to fund new ventures. Basic maintenance was unaffordable for him.
