Pros

Previous senior management was great, opportunities for quick promotion due to constant turnover.

Cons

No work/life balance. Promoting people who are not ready causing others to be punished. Toxic environment and constant denial by leaders. Pay not worth what you are doing and so inconsistent across positions or pms. It's all who you know.

Pros

The residents were nice overall. The girls in the office were awesome to work with.

Cons

Well the absolute dysfunction of the property manager. The first one spent her whole time getting her nails done and going out for lunches while the one that took over for her was absolutely just rude and belligerent to employees and regularly brought her kids into work which in turn exposed me to covid 19. Then they refused to pay me while i was out for covid and wouldn't even attempt to rectify the situation. If you care about your sanity at all i would highly recommend staying away from here. Especially in the Coventry/greenwich area.

Appearance wise the company looks nice from the outside looking in.

Cons

Sexist, racist and homophobic Management. They pretend to support LGBTQ+, minorities and woman publicaly and behind closed doors hold no regard for any of those groups and any talk suppirting a cause will get you fired for "unrelated" reasons.
