Pros

Fast paced position and a fun work environment. Great vacation time of 3 weeks. Best properties and excellent training and support. Opportunity for advancement. Company is impressively organized and well run for being privately owned.

Cons

401k only matches 25%. Sales makes comparable, if not more, than management positions so difficult to move up in pay.

Pros

Great benefits. Property was nice and had a great maintenance staff. Had some flexibility in pricing, which was nice in a competitive market.

Cons

The property I worked at had a manager that was virtually absent. Our power even got shut off one day because he could not properly do a budget. Was expected to work every weekend-often till 7 or 8 at night.
