There are absolutely NONE if you are not a property manager. If you notice the reviews are all 1 star for leasing and 4/5 for property managers… or MANAGERS it’s because villagegreen hosts this huge Christmas party that ONLY the managers are allowed at and then and only then will you see “a great time at village green”

Cons

SUPER LOW PAY….. 17.50 a hour?!? Gtfo it’s 2024 and you expect people to live off that. You can literally make the same at McDonalds and get more respect.

The benefits package is decent and well-communicated.

Cons

I am so disappointed thinking about the time I wasted working here. The company culture changed in 2022 - and it's been downhill since. Constant backstabbing and sexual harassment are out of control.

-No consideration given to the mental health of site-level employees -Mandatory office hours 7 days a week (if you enjoy your mental health or spending time with your S/O or family, this is not the job for you) -Grossly underpaid compared to similar companies in this market (until you reach the corporate level) -Unrealistic expectations with little to no proper tools to meet said expectations -Yearly raises are minimal
