Pros

Village Green is a growing company with many opportunities. The amount of training the company provides is great. Village Green has a "We Care" philosophy for it residents, but it can also be said that it feels the same way about its employees.

Cons

I wouldn't say it is a Con but with Village Green you will only get out of the position what you're willing to put in. If you want to work hard and have a great attitude each day you will have every chance to be successful.

Pros

They keep you busy. Lots of on-line policy training. Some great co-workers. Steady paycheck

Cons

Turnover, turnover, turnover. Cant seem to properly staff the properties. Those that do stay for any amount of time have formed cliques and its hard to get recognition because of it. Pay is not all that great. Possibly why so many tend to leave for better opportunities. No matter how hard you work or do what is asked of you, growth in the company can be stalled for not kissing the right butt.

Pros

The customers of VG are great! Most of the Maintenance crews were hardworking and helpful. Unfortunately VG had the habit of loosing its best team members due to unfair treatment.

Cons

They have individuals in positions they do not qualify for. When it comes to promoting, they promote based on who the AD is closest with. Very cliquey organization and unfortunately most management is inadequate.
