I have been working at Village Green for 4 1/2 years it has been one of the best decision I have made. I was referred by a friend for a Concierge position. Village Green has been my family, my support when I lost my Mother to cancer. I have always felt appreciated, valued and excited about my next move within the company. The CEO, COO and VP is amazing down to earth people. You don't have to be scared when you get a visit from them. Hard work is rewarding I promise! I was promoted on my pace when I was ready! My team is family to each other, the culture of the company rubs off on everyone hired unless you are just a mean person!!!! Village Green will not be a disappointment to you at all if you are hardworking, have a passion for helping everyone, being honest and truthful, just being the great person that you are! You will fly high with VG!

More recognition for Concierge. Some Property Manger's communication need's to improve.
