Amazing residents, amazing coworkers, upper management is very supportive and willing to assist in any way that they can. Great opportunities for advancement. When they say they "promote from within" they mean it. The CEO started as a part time sales consultant!

Cons

Occasionally there will be inconsistent job expectations.

Pros

I started with VG without any real professional experience and this was a company that took me in, and showed me how to grow in the areas I needed most. They have an incredible way of bringing different types of people together to create and consistently meet goals both in the corporate office and on site. The company is constantly changing and making themselves better and building relationships with residents and clients alike. This is a company you want on your resume whether you stay here for life or are just passing through.

Cons

The people here are so amazing that sometimes it's hard to get recognition for the little things that you do. But it just encourages you to step your own game up when it comes to your performance.

The property is pretty laid back which is awesome. A good boss, a happy employee. I like “most” of the people I work with.

Cons

Pay your sales people more money. After all, they are the reason your properties exist. Also, this “UPS” bs is just that, complete bs. Every property struggles at least one time out of the year. Relax, it will be okay! I promise.
