The Chicago region VP is amazing!!!!! That is one of the reasons I worked for the company for 5 years. I have amazing employees that have turned into friends.

Cons

Property managers need to be more personable, learned how to related to people that have lose family memebers without throwing the business up in the employees faces. Stop running to your Area Director'S because they have a friendship telling false information. VG should be a family at every site/ property. Favoritism needs to stop the company is losing to many great people who truly loves VG.
