      1) Investments in sales tools & trainings 2) High salaries of higher management 3) No work & all pay for senior managers

      Cons

      1)Management behaves as if its a Google's board 2) Appointment of several ZM's not according to their candidature 3) Sole goal is to earn high margins from customers 4) ILL management practices 5) Doesn't respect customers 6) Sales force is only trained on making money from customers 7) Promotions are based on management lining for an employee and not performance 8) Irrational price rise in India

      Control over your personal success. You are able to drive your territory and grow it by providing excellent customer service.

      Cons

      The employee development is never followed through on. My manager goes through the PDR and tells me that there is a plan in place for me but there is never any active follow through on the management end.
