Pros

This is a great company to work for. There are a lot of opportunities de develop career and growth through the organization. This is a place where you learn and apply this knowledge. Huge efforts to keep all people on same boat, sharing strategic directions for all levels of the organization.

Cons

Not a lot of efforts to keep a good work life balance, objectives are very aggressive with brings a lot of uncertainty to associates. Despite of a very health company, Videojet does not make investments on providing more comfort to its employees.

Pros

The pay is good, and the Danaher business system is built around honestly which I love. Telemarketing is not as awful as other places, not anyone's ideal job but certainly good money and not awful here. Management look after you for the most part.

Cons

Didn't take to my replacement supervisor, which makes a difference when you work in close proximity. Nothing bad to say about the company other than that, things were always delt with properly and you won't like everyone but that's life. Daily targets but not an issue usually if you can't meet them every day as they are quite hard .

Pros

As part of Danaher, this 4000+ employee organization offers a variety of growth and professional development opportunities for those who seek them out. The culture is a truly global organization that embraces its diversity. Employee engagement varies, but they make a genuine effort to improve on a daily basis. Videojet offers an excellent benefits and PTO package that start on day 1 of hire. The Wood Dale facility offers a free gym and a heavily subsidized cafeteria for employees.

Cons

Videojet is a numbers driven organization that is very focused on results. You may have to stretch further than you thought possible to achieve the goals laid out for you. The organizational structure is also complex and difficult to understand at times.
