      Pros

      I have mixed emotions about Videojet. When you are in management good books it is generally a good place to work. They try and motivate everyone with incentives like FitBits. But when an individual goes above and beyond this seems to go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Certain members of the management team CANNOT manage. They are all talk and no results. Their department fails in every way (numbers and morale) and this seems to be ok? It is very demotivating to be a part of.

      Pros

      In general people are very nice and genuine.

      Cons

      Does not care or respect associates ‘work life balance’. Multiple demands all are expected to be done the same time. Late night stays even if you have family to tend to. People are treated like working robots. People have to change their personal schedule to accommodate leadership request including cancelling PTO and working on sick days. You get pull out during training to work even if training was for development career benefits.
