Pros

1- Pay is more than average compared to market. 2- The more ownership you take the more you learn.

Cons

1- Quality of development work is not good (same as it happens in most of the product companies' India offices) 2- Who gives Quantity is valued more than who gives Quality. 3- Team has to work with employees at different geographies, meeting hours are random. Eats your personal time. 4- Operates in facilities and infra of it's sister company Esko. No cafeteria, limited facilities. 5- Unlimited work from home for few employees (conscious partiality between employees) 6- I joined here to work for long time and grow with company but less opportunity to accomplish if you have such dream.

Pros

Videojet keeps community at its core, both in the building and out. There are so many benefits and opportunities for each person to live their best life and grow in the company if you simply ask. You won't have to look very hard for employees that have been with the company for over ten years, and have loved every second of it. That is how you know a company values their employees. Many individual teams, or the entire company often take part in activities that give back to the community, such as: Cycle for Survival, Feed the Funnel, or donations for global natural disaster relief funds.

Cons

The balance between work and life can sometimes get lost in the escalation of projects. Videojet works on a lean system, and there are times work is expected to come first. This can be easily avoided by being open with your manager and setting boundaries. This varies depending on the department.

Pros

Learn how to handle pressure ( and shift blame.) The street smart exists.

Cons

No adherence to core values. All in paper. You know the real meaning of hypocrisy by staying there. No one to listen to you. All alone ...and performance is the yard stick ... and target keeps on growing steeply. No real tool and guide to help you win.
