Pros

Good discounts, free merchandise, lots to learn

Cons

Poor management, varying hours including shifts starting at 5am, and some shifts scheduled until 230am, though you never get out at 230, thats nearly a promise. Face to face customer service always sucks, but the customers here are absolutely ruthless. Sale season is a complete mess. Theres is minimal professionalism, and breaks are not always guarunteed, they are actually often forgotten about. I am pregnant as i am working here, and there is no consideration either. I am supposed to be a part time employee, but i have been scheduled for 8 day work week stretches, have worked 11 hour shifts when only scheduled for 8 with only one break. I have been scheduled for 2 shifts back to back, with only 5 hours off, not even enough time for me to travel home and sleep before having to head back in. I would not reccomend this job to anybody who is looking for anything else out of their career besides money.

Pros

Good pay. Coworkers. Benefits.

Cons

Disgusting favoritism. Everyone gets fired over something dumb. The customers are horrible and they smell. Really bad.

HR doesn't care about Employees

Pros

4 free outfits a year and decent pay

Cons

HR literally does not care about employee problems. Most locations are ran by children who can hardly tie their own shoes. I worked there over 5 years and was told by management I was "over qualified" for a promotion. Behind my back the management team was trying to get me out of there because I made them look bad (because I was the only one ever doing my job)
