Pros

LBI does a lot of little things for its associates to make them feel valued (i.e. Associate Appreciation Week; Seasonal brand activities etc) Great discount Lots of hard-working and smart people to learn from Lots of opportunity to try new roles and to grow

Cons

The politics, at least in my area, are pretty bad. It really starts with the dept VP/leadership. It isn't like that everywhere in LBI, but VSD Marketing is rife with politics Areas and roles can be very siloed Really behind on technology. We do most everything in Excel. It can make for very time-consuming and inefficient work that is very prone to human error

Pros

Time and half on Sundays. You have to try on all bra styles for you're size when you start ("wardrobing") Free bra when start and free small vial of one of 2 fragrances. 20% discount for first month then 30% after that (even on gift cards)(can't use discount when spending that card) Gratis or buy ins (10-15 dollar bras and fragrances) PINK girls get 50% off 10 items for each floorset. VS employees wear all black. Easy uniform. 10 for 26 panties at PINK instead of 5 for 26 Easier to spend the $75 to get the free bag or item they advertise, get more stuff for the $75 Manage availability online and check schedule online.

Cons

PINK girls wear all pink. Can be expensive. yet comfy ;) Paychecks come on a card unless you do direct deposit. Charge 50c per time you use it. Folding panties hours on end, v strings take forever to fold. shop with your eyes all day ;) Can only use Angel Card discounts, no more using mail coupons like free panty or $10 off. Can't let other people use your discount, only spouses and dependents (your children) VS tracks your purchases, you have to say you are employee any store u go into so can track even if buying sale No discount on sale, full priced items only.

Pros

Never the same, constant learning experience. Cashiers need to have the same knowledge of a floor salesperson but don't have sales goals, mostly focus on customer experience and beauty

Cons

i worked at multiple stores, if you are not a STRONG sales person stick with cashier or back of house. Pay could be better
