Pros

Cons

Management, management, management. They are disorganized, inconsiderate, hypocritical, rude, abusive, and terrible people. They never do anything that you ask of them and you always have to get upper management involved so that they can do their job. You never got off when you were supposed to, and when you asked you were met with rudeness. I shouldn't be yelled at because I was off at 12 and it's now 12:40 and you haven't found anyone to cover my area. You would have to wait long hours for your break because your managers didn't schedule ahead. Managers constantly insulted/yelled at/called out associates over the headset for stupid reasons. I overheard the store manager mocking associates over asking for a break after working for 5 hours. You also won't get scheduled if the manager doesn't like you, and sometimes they won't approve you to pick up shifts either. You'll be treated terribly when asking for time-off, even if you are part-time and not getting paid, and will either have them reject it or approve it, but then act as if you're unreliable. They get mad if you call out because you're sick, but get mad if you come to work sick. They will accuse you of lying but then lie and exaggerate about you. If you're sick or anything else, they do not believe you. You call out one time, they will say you have a pattern of calling out. They'll reprimand you in front of other associates and even customers. I have walked in the breakroom multiple times to see an employee being SCOLDED by a manager out in the open. If you're not a sales associate, they will treat you terribly, and favoritism is definitely a part of their culture. They will give their friends good hours and leave everyone else with only a 6 hour Saturday shift. They are incredibly inconsiderate and would not let a girl I work with leave when she had a death in the family. They will add shifts to your schedule after it has been released and either say that you have no choice to work it when you tell them, or that it was there all along and you just know noticed it, even when you have earlier screenshots to prove that you did not. They are hypocritical in that they will not let associates put items on hold, but put items on hold for themselves. I hated working here, I hated the managers, and I hope that one day they are treated terribly by upper management and that no one will help them.
