The work with students is rewarding and provides skills to be successful elsewhere. Staff on the "front line " is amazing.

Cons

The company doesn't value employees. This is a dangerous job that is consistently understaffed, leading to staff injury. Staff are made to feel responsible for, and are punished for, being injured. Admin actively discourages staff from seeking treatment.
