Victor Treatment Center treats their employees well compared to other agencies in social services. They are one of the few that pay increase yearly based upon reaching objectives.

Cons

They recently restructured their mental health services and have difficulty articulating their service delivery.

Pros

The Aides, Teachers, Clinicians, Facilitators and house managers are all amazing people. You won't find a more dedicated, supportive group of co-workers. And the kids... They make it all worth while

Cons

Unsafe work environment, disregard for CCL and CDE regulations, falsifying documents, lack of administrative support, run-down facilities, lack of current or relevant curriculum, administrative nepotism/cronyism.
