Pros

The teams within the residential houses really care about the youth and each other. They do offer medical, retirement, and paid time off.

Cons

Administrative employees are dishonest and do not follow their own mission statements. No raise or bonus for the last 4 years of my employement. Pay is to low for the dangers that go with the job. No support when things get dangerous. Challenge the company about their wrong doings and your job can be at risk.

The kids are really easy to work with

Cons

A lot of young supervisors that have no ideal on how to be leaders. A lot of cronyism goes on there and supervisors will stare you in the face and lie to you. The pay is sub standard and they havent had a cost of living raise in 4 years. The culture there is horrible and the young staff model what they see from management.

Pros

Autonomy, wonderful line staff, supportive accounting and human resource depatrments at the corporate office. Flexiblility in schedules, PTO vs vacation & sick time and nice location. Excellent training opportunities.

Cons

Some positions at the corporate level showed favortism and not all staff were held accountable for thier responsibilities. Often policies were constructed without eliciting feedback from the sites and the policies were not in always in line with the service being provided.
