A place to get experience.

Cons

you are overworked, underpaid, and have a lot of turnover. The management team gives no support and the company tends to value money over the families we work with and their employees. The company expects employees to work outside of their roles with no compensation. The leadership is always disorganized and there is little to no teamwork.
