Unable to retain staff. High turnover. Unable to hire new staff. Workload increases, thus, never ending cycle of quitting staffs. However it may end this time since there are no new hires as compared to back when in PwC there will be a new batch of associates every year. Low pay. You will feel unfairly compensated. Big 4 has increased pay but Vialto has not. Many companies are raising salary due to the inflation but Vialto has not. Results driven. Subpar attempt to build meaningful relationships. No longer PwC. No brand name and is a new company. Small company with lack of funds.

Admin position for immigration applications: The director of operations is a nightmare and should not be in the position that she has. Pays per work completed and not the hours worked. Very deceitful person who completely dismisses the concerns of everyone below her. Had the complete displeasure of having to interact with her over 2 video calls whereby she displayed a childish mentality when listening to my outlook ok the company. Absolutely no structure in the company at all which leads to complete confusion on who to report to for any given thing. No employee is recognized in the company for the work and effort that was exerted and managers are quick to pounce on mistakes that were made. No interaction with colleagues as well unless told to perform a task. Workload consisted of being extremely busy one day with 8 hours worth to complete and then stagnant the next day with no in-between at all. I've been fortunate to never work for a company like this before this crowd, money is the main priority to them and the only way an employee will be noticed is if they won the lottery.
