Low pay, bad financial position, below marked pay - Anonymous employee Vialto Partners Employee Review

- recent announcement by the leadership was to delay pay rises and bonuses for those eligible for the second time, the reasons are attributed to poor Planning and bad financial position for the firm. Staff are demotivated and vialto are looking at reducing headcount and putting more people on PIPs in order to get them out. vialto confirmed they wont have a car scheme or support employers with the hybrid/electric car shifts. A D&I policy that is not implemented. Surprised right?
