I don't think there are any pro's

Cons

The mentor is more like a dementor - absolutely discouraging and the person lacks communication skills, definitely not a leader - insults you when other people are around Managers and Directors do not have basic leadership skills. They do not follow the Basic Employment Act.

Learn new skills and peers are one call away. However, you will have no life. Employer will question you when you are on your medical leave.

Cons

No life , my peers prefer to another Big4.

Pros

Nothing to mention. All the employee policy is brought from PwC and not even single employee oriented policies implemented their own. Top 2-3 people making decisions their own. They themselves feeling Gods

Cons

Work life balance is pathetic, more over pushing to work from office for no reason. You will never meet a single client at office in your lifetime, but management wants you in the office to make your life miserable. Pay is way less than competitors. After spin-off nobody knows who is who, like HR, IT, Payroll etc. No clarity for anything except you have to work 12-15 hours daily
