Nothing at all. Everything is bad, it’s a sinking ship.

Management is incompetent and inefficient. On top of that, they practice the culture of “if you are nice to bosses, only then you can get a raise”. No matter how hard you work, it will not be appreciated or even noticed if you don’t “please” your superiors. very very low pay. Management too rigid which is unnecessary and changing the rules here and there, not following the company’s rules and flexibility allowed. Don’t work here. You’ll be better off working at a bookstore or something.
