      Toxic work culture and Nepotism.

      Their compensation is at par with industry standards. People are nice outside of work.

      Cons

      Work culture is toxic. Weekend work is common and you're expected to feel proud of working 12-15 hours since 'it's a startup'.. There is no prioritisation of work. Everything comes in as urgent and important. Everyone is expected to know and do everything under the name of 'learning'. Disconnect between expectations during interview and after joining. Work environment is highly stressful. Nepotism is high, you rise fast if you're related.

      Claiming to be a start up, but it is the same old Big 4 nonsense

      Pros

      Working with an amazing team of people. The only reason why people are not leaving faster is because of the camaraderie shared among associates. We bonded through struggle and hardships.

      Cons

      The extent of incompetence is astonishing, particularly concerning the HR, IT, Leadership, Accounting, Payroll. The company is under the ownership of an investment firm, consequently, their sole concern revolves around revenue. Employee welfare and loyalty do not hold prominence. Make sure you secure your salary and position from the outset, otherwise, you are doomed. You might be promoted, if there is a business need, however, the best you can hope for is 3% raise (does not even core the inflation).
