      Flexible working, most people are nice

      Cons

      Getting the basics wrong Terrible pay, undervaluing employees, not enough staff New employees on lower grades with little to no experience or qualifications are being paid more than current employees at higher grades with qualifications.

      Some colleagues are friendly and nice.

      Cons

      1. Employee benefits not good 2. Company cares about profit and revenue and numbers 3. Salary is low and there is no benchmarking for different ranks 4. No work life balance, expected to work late and even on weekends 5. Overpromise and under delivered 6. No proper use of budget and structure There are more pointers to explain further, but these are the main ones.
