Pros

There aren't any, not even a pension scheme? I can't write anything positive.

Cons

The whole company, the MD, every sales manager. You need to treat your staff with respect and appreciate them. The whole atmosphere is so low and negative. It is not a fun or good place to work.

There are interesting projects and the budget is quite high for them. Working tools are considered important. Environment is the best I have ever seen, almost everyone is willing to help

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. Each department has his management tool. Sometimes too much outsourcing leading to poor know-how on the company as well as slow response time

Don't help you at all, bad salary, bad environment. Location too far from the city.
