Pros

There’s none. Get treated awfully, the hours you put in and hard work doesn’t get rewarded. Truly awful company, hire and fire!

Cons

After a 3 day training session where you learn nothing, they expect you to sell by yourself. Hire and fire job. The regional manager is always pressuring everyone.

Verisure was probably my best first experience of work ! started as a Sales consultant, I learnt everything on the field shadowing one of the best seller of this company. I have developed many skills through doing doors knocking which is part of a sale consultant work as well as real appointments. After a couple of months I became a team leader and enjoyed help other people to develop their own skills

Growing market but without motivated employees it doesn't matter.

Cons

Super bad leadership. From CEO and down they don't know about this business, the products and customers.. and they don't care at all about us employees.. This will kill this company sooner or later.
