      Some of the sales team.

      Cons

      Over inflated OTE. Management staff that are pretty useless. Don't give you the structure to help progress in your career or even improve yours sales. Little to no Training or development. Dodgy sales tactics and dodgy salesmen that are fake sales to remain in a job, and to fake sales for their friends to help keep them in a job.

      Good benefits like a car, annual holiday. Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Been lied too more than once. Changed targets without telling me during a lockdown. Lose out on more than 2000 pounds in commission

      Good work environment, extremely good bosses. Pay is decent, and flexible/open for working more than the normal part time hours.

      Cons

      Tasks can be a bit boring. Not much development, and no particular skills will be developed.
