Competitive benefits, no problems taking vacations or time off whenever, and great training opportunities on the job

Usually very long drives which go uncompensated because of comission-based salary, and longer hours at the end of the month to hit quotas. While most immediate team leaders were very good and tolerant, some senior management came across as extra pushy to hit sales quotas.
