Pros

Remote, Good Benefits, Stock Options, Decent Pay, Fairly easy work.

Cons

Ever since Paypal has taken on more of a role they have slowly taken away everything we loved about working there. They took away free food before the pandemic, then it was determined we would never have the option to return to the office. They also turned phones back on & now most of your day is phone calls. Recently they began scheduling our breaks so we cannot even go to the bathroom when we want to. This is becoming unbearable & many of the older & very talented employees are leaving in droves. I will likely be next.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

The company is trying to grow at a rate they cannot support, making a completely overwhelming experience for those at the bottom. There is no plan in place, our job responsibilities change constantly and there is no end it sight. All of Support feels very burnt out and very abandoned by our leadership. I would not advise working here.
