      Good stepping stone for 6 months while you look for another job.

      So many reviews on here paint the picture of how bad it is to work in sales here. SO MANY! People keep reaching out to me to get my opinions before joining the company. I’m talking once every 2-3 months which is also the average tenure of those employees. I warn them. I tell the truth. I say unless you really really really need a job, don’t do it. People end up taking it anyways because Varonis is so good and pulling the blanket over your eyes. One of the guys lasted 2 days….no joke, before calling me and saying I was right. How bad can any job be in 2 days? Join Varonis and you’ll find out

      Lack of transparency Need to be a "office favorite" in order to succeed No diversity all white straight males, (more than half the office is lax bros) No guidance from management Management is elitest and loves to talk down to TDRs
