Business Outlook
Pros
Varonis has a great product, and it’s in high demand despite being very costly. They’ve had some significant wins not just within the US but worldwide. It will be interesting to see what happens when the competition catches up.
Cons
Very micro managed organization, the Management staff doesn't do a good job of getting out of the way and letting their sales people do what they do best, which is sell. It’s a great solution but Management lacks significant leadership experience.
