This position was my first job out of college and I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. I have worked with many different departments and personalities and can honestly say that everyone I have engaged with is smart, hard-working, and willing to help. The culture is great - casual dress is allowed. Beautiful new office space with fully stocked kitchens. Senior & C-Level management are located in the NYC office which allows them to have a relationship with employees at all levels. All-around great place to work and many opportunities for growth & departmental moves.

Cons

Still operates like a start-up at times- some processes are ambiguous. Sometimes there are too many cooks in the kitchen. $$$ isn't great and getting a raise is a drawn out process.
