Pros

The company is truly stellar. From day 1, there is great deal of work and ways to bring value/make contributions however there is strong network of support between colleagues. The senior management really helps each colleague to improve and grow. Senior management listens. It is a great office environment. There are great perks and opportunities for advancement. The products make a difference in people's lives and are important. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company and our products to anyone.

Everyone in the offices is pretty young and nice. Great location. Fully loaded kitchen. Over all the pay and benefits were solid for an entry level position

Cons

downsides was the amount of time spent of the phone, this position was strictly called calling. The training was short and not in depth, it did not provide you with enough info to fully understand the people you will be speaking with

1. Cool and helpful people and fun atmosphere 2. Flexibility and open-mindedness in career choices and opportunities 3. Chances to work with various technologies 4. An always increasing demand for the products from the market 5. Benefits programs for the employees 6. Location - a lively area with many restaurants and some bars, most of them accept a food benefit card we get here 7. kitchens with fresh stuff and diverse food

Cons

Branding (not for customers) - feels like Varonis keeps a low profile (comparing for example to other companies in the areas with big signs that can be seen from the main road). As the products are for organizations, most people you meet (family, friends and in general) usually haven't heard of Varonis and care very little in what we do
