Pros

Great pay, good benefits, sales positions are WFH so the schedule is pretty flexible; Varonis has a great product, the Cadillac in its space so it's really easy to sell even though it's wildly expensive; Everyone I've interacted with so far is extremely smart and work very hard.

Cons

Varonis runs on metrics. If you don't like providing details about what you're doing daily/weekly/monthly then DO NOT work here. There are definitely a few undeserved egos wandering about.

The company works hard to bring in best people, in the professional ground and not less as individuals, there is strong encourage for inter-teams collaboration, supportive management at every level. Managers at every level are more than open to suggestions, and encourages initiatives constantly. Everything in the company brings a professional challenge to strive for perfection and to look for better or new ways to do things,. Very informal work environment which encourages conversations even with people you never met before. There are great opportunities for career advancement. The offices are modern, with good work conditions and nice treats for the employees.

Cons

Learning curve, takes too much time to understand the dynamic of the company, "bureaucracy", and different departments.
