Telecommute, good co-workers, employee stock plan, stability, great health insurance

Cons

Limited opportunity if you are not part of boys club. Watched many fellow employees get promoted while women doing the same quality of work were left behind or pushed out. Great if you don't mind stagnating in the same role doing the same work indefinitely. HR is not trust worthy at all and I know of at least one former employee that filed an EEOC claim and was approved to proceed. They can and will fire you at a moment's notice and for no real reason - even with stellar performance reviews and feedback. Trust no one and CYA as best you can.

-Look at all the reviews about the micromanagement here, they are all true. Most upper management is horrible and have no idea how to manage teams and inspire -Severe lack of team building -Very low pay compared to software industry

At least after Varonis you will know the type of place you wouldn't want to work

Cons

1. Empty sales room as no one stays, extremely high turnover. Check out how long people have been there on LinkedIn. 2. Management thrive off negative reinforcement, they love to set an incentive then take it away. 3. You will be micromanaged- a lot. 4. The culture is dog eat dog, there is no healthy competition. Stealing people's leads and opportunities is the norm. 5. All staff are miserable as a result of the above 6. HR was brought in to address this, nothing changed. 7. You will also be scrutinised, even if you are a top performer.
