- Friendly and Encouraging Staff and Team - Innovation and good culture coming from the top down - Ensures customers are getting good value from products - Great Health/401k benefits - Competitive Pay - Great involvement in the IT Security community Corporate interactions have been great and they are always open to recieve feedback on improving processes. The Minnesota/Upper MidWest Sales team is great to work with. There is a great sense of community within the team.

Not really "Cons" but good to know if it's for you. - Fast pace environment - Requires good time management skills - Ability to meet and work well with new people is highly needed
